So at 11pm last night I wanted a sausage in bread with tomato sauce and onions. So there I was cooking my almost midnight snack and of course Jeremy smelt my superb cookning (ha!) and wanted some too! Once all was cooked we jumped into bed and ate!
Mmm... sausage!

But sometimes you just have some kind of food on your mind that you can't let go of until its been made and eaten. Even if it is at midnight.
